The coaching wheel is a simple tool that gives you a visual representation of the balance between the various areas of your life and the energy you are spending on them. It helps you identify the areas that need more attention and identify which will benefit you most if you improve them.

Setting goals is an important part of keeping yourself on track and motivated. When you have goals you know where to direct your energies and what your priorities are. Self-confidence comes from achieving goals, or at least taking steps towards goals. This sheet can guide you through setting some goals.
Positive Affirmations are short positive statements that describe the person you want to be. You read them to yourself every day and really absorb what they say. Slowly you can become that person.
